Turned Edge Litho Binders
Turned Edge Litho Binders are a striking way to package your information.  The look is outstanding, and the types of printing made available by these binders is limitless.  The construction of these binders are a printed large outer flat sheet which is "wrapped" or "turned" around a thick chipboard panel.   Once wrapped, a liner is placed on the inside to hold the wrap in place, and then the metal (and any other options) is mounted. Construction Options

  • Available in the following capacities:  1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4",1-1/2" Standard Duty, 1-1/2", 2",  2-1/2", 3", 4".  Heavy Duty
  • Standard available sheet sizes are: Standard 11" x 8-1/2" - Tablet 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" - A4 11-3/4" x 8-1/4" - A5 8-1/4" x 7-1/4"
  • Custom sheet sizes are also available
  • Ring Metal can be mounted to the inside back panel or the spine - (no charge - please specify choice).
  • Ring Metal can be supplied with or without boosters (the tabs at the ends of the metals to help open the rings).
  • Available with any metal ring configuration (Round, D-Ring, Slant-D Ring).
  • Available in a wide variety of pockets, business card holders, and media holders.
  • There are a wide variety of liner materials available including printed sheets - so your binder can have printed material on the inside as well!

Decoration Options

  • Available in 1,2,3,4, color screen printing and 4-color-process screen printing or litho.
  • Embossing, Debossing
  • Foil stamping, a nice touch, which is a thin foil film (gloss or matte) placed on the open surface or in an embossment.
  • The liner can be used as a surface for your graphics also.
